What is Nausea ?

Nausea is the sensation of discomfort that accompanies the approach of possible vomiting and do not necessarily reflect a stomach disorder. This is not a disease in itself but a symptom of various diseases or health conditions (flu, stress, depression and of course pregnancy and chemotherapy).

In general, nausea associated with dizziness, chills, sweating and cold sweats.

Remedies and recipes:

Lemon: you can suck 1 lemon wedge or drink small sips of lemon juice every 30 minutes.

Parsley: For motion sickness, take a bunch of parsley and place it on your chest by attaching it to a garment. And do not ask how it works!

Practical advice

  • In the beginning of nausea, lie down and breathe fresh air and drink plenty of water in small sips.

Wax plugs: closing the ears with wax plugs is effective for all nausea diseases that are caused by travel illness

Herbal tea with cinnamon: add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in the measure of 3 cups of water. Boil until the water becomes dark. Filter and drink.
