How to exfoliate your skin with the best ingredients.



They are not that ugly, they give a kind of personality for some. However, most women don’t like them, and want to get rid of them.

Injectable products and high-quality esthetical cosmetics are seeing, a huge success among women who want to get rid of wrinkles, but these kind of solutions; it’s true that they are effective, but they’re very expensive and need to be renewed all the time, which means that not everyone can get them. So our grandmas thought about that many years ago, and created their own recipes, they’re not magical but at least they’re certainly worth testing.

Some Recipes:

Mask with apple: slice an apple into small pieces; dip them in 25cl of boiling milk. Mash the apple pieces and apply the pulp on your face as long as it’s warm. Leave on 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Oatmeal mask: Mix 5 or 6 tablespoons of oatmeal with 5cl of fresh milk. Spread out and leave on 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Linseed mask: Rich of vitamins and minerals; and it’s softening too). Mix 4 tablespoons of linseed in 5cl of milk and 1 teaspoon of fresh cream. Apply and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water after that.

Mask with eggs: Beat 1 egg white until stiff. Apply it on the face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water at the end.

Banana mask: Mash 1/4 banana to make a very creamy paste. Spread it on the face and let sit for 15-20 minutes before you rinse with warm water.

Argan oil lotion: On a well cleaned face, apply a mixture of argan oil and sweet almond halves. Argan oil might also be used alone.

olive oil lotion: Massage your face with olive oil mixed with lemon juice every night 2 times a week. It’s really useful

Parsley lotion: Parsley has the power to tighten the pores and the skin. Soak a small bunch of parsley in the bottom of water for at least 24 hours, then dab the face lines and wrinkles. Repeat the process every day for at least one week. This lotion should be kept in the fridge for three days in a closed container.

chervil lotion: Boil a few handfuls of chervil in 1 liter of water. Let cool and use this lotion daily. It should be kept in the fridge for 5 days.
