CURE for Headaches & Migraine
A great wind is blowing, and that gives you either imagination or a headache.
Headaches by nerve or muscle tension affect everyone. They are dull pains from the top of the skull or the temples or the back of the neck.
The feeling that the head is compressed in a vise varies in intensity during the day and treatments also have a variable efficiency. Most often, each one has its solution of healing. So why not try the little means to heal that?
Hot water: The hot water causes a dilation of blood vessels that promotes better blood circulation throughout the venous system. Dip your hands in warm water to the wrist quite a long time (ideally for 30 minutes). Or take a warm bath, it’s a good way for rest and relaxation.
Ice water: Immerse your feet for 10 minutes in ice water before bed. Once you have removed them, a “blood call” reduces congestion upper the body.
Vinegar: dip a washcloth in cold water and vinegar apply it on your forehead from 5 to 10 minutes
The lime: Halve 1 lime and rub it on your forehead.
Onion poultices: Soften 2 onions in boiling water. Let cool, then put on your forehead few onion layers and hold with a gauze bandage. If you have the courage, leave it on overnight.
- The onion has a great power on the body. Raw preferably onion, protects the heart and arteries, thins the blood, fight against clots. So it is not surprising to find it in the treatment of headaches and migraines.
Infusion of hawthorn: Immerse 10 g of hawthorn flowers in 1 liter of water and let steep 15 minutes. Drink from a cup 2 or 3 times a day.
